Who can benefit from your services?

Some of the people who can benefit from our services (but not limited to) are:

Senior citizens, new or expecting mums, computer and desk workers, dancers and gymnasts, musicians and elite and non elite sports men and women.

Iā€™m not injured, is Pilates for me?

Yes Pilates can help almost everyone even those not injured. It will have a beneficial effect of increasing the stability of your core muscles so they will fire more and decrease the load on non-postural muscles.

It will elongate your body and improve your posture. You will get the added benefit of toning your muscles without bulking up. You will balance better, move better and feel better.

Do I have to have a Pilates assessment if I have done Pilates elsewhere before?

Yes all clients seen by our Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist are required to have an initial assessment.

This allows us to do a full musculoskeletal screening, know about your injuries or areas of concern and write a program that will suit your needs.

What if I cannot attend a whole block of Pilates?

Pilates Mat classes are sold in blocks of 9-11 weeks that coincide with the school term. Makeups can be made within the term if there is available space in an alternate class.

Missed sessions cannot be made up after the term is over. Should you not be able to attend the whole term other options such as Reformer sessions are available with more flexible scheduling.
